1 Pumpkin Spice Tea bag

1/8 cup of Sweet Cranberries

1/4 of Coconut Cream

2 bananas

1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 Cup of Almond milk

A Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

This recipe has no added sugar but yet so deliciously sweet it could pass as a dessert! First you have to prepare the pumpkin spice tea by steeping it in 1 cup of water along with the cranberries to soften them. Then after ten minutes of steeping throw the cup of tea in the blender. Next throw a few cubes of ice. Add the other ingredients and press the blend button for 5 mins pour and Enjoy!

Marinade Curry Sauce

A bed of Fresh Parsley

1 Yellow Sweet Onion


Spices- Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Dill, 24 Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Dried Basil.

This recipe is a flavor explosion! First pre heat the oven to 350 for the bread. Next boil a couple cups of water for the rice then add rice. When rice is almost done add the turmeric half a teaspoon, a tablespoon of ghee, a pinch of garlic powder, and sea salt. Next to prepare the “chick n” you must put it in a pot on simmer and pour the marinade on with some ghee and let it cook for 15 mins. Chop up the “chick n” while its cooking so the sauce will get on each bite. After the 15 mins is up add the cooked black beans and cook for 10 more mins. Lastly prepare your bed of parsley with raw veggies. Put your bread in the oven with added ghee and garlic, bake for 7 mins. Place items on a plate add the vegenaise on the bread. place the rice on the side and add the bed of parsley then veggies and lastly “chick n” with beans,Yum!

I/2 of Bag of Spaghetti

1 Sweet Onion

Olive Oil

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Bag of Mixed Frozen or Fresh Veggies “Organic”

Organic Jar of Marina Sauce or Homemade Tomato Sauce. Look for our recipe book for how to make homemade tomato sauce.

Breaded Quorn “Chick n”

Spices- Garlic, lemon Pepper, Hawaiian Sea Salt, dill, dried parsley, dried basil and dried oregano.

Boil water in a large sauce pan on medium heat and throw in spaghetti. Preheat the oven to 375 and bake chick n on 400 for 20 mins. Strain the spaghetti once done. Chop up garlic and onions and add them to the spaghetti. Seasoned the Spaghetti with a splash of olive oil and herbs. In a separate pan cook the veggies on low to medium heat with a splash of olive oil for 5 mins if fresh and 10 mins for frozen. Lastly heat up the tomato sauce and take chick n out of the oven and Muah Perfecta!
